International talent cultivation: Rich resources from abroad

It is a trend for Chinese enterprises to “go out”and embrace the world as the One belt One road plan has been in full swing lately, however, it puzzles those who have overseas development strategy that how to cultivate international talents. We have created a theoretical model for international talent cultivation through years of overseas business management practices (overseas sales, mergers and acquisitions, building new plants), and it has been proved to be successful in cooperation with many international groups.

To assist Chinese enterprises with their globalization, we provide them resources of interns in multi-cultural background and opportunities of internship overseas. “Bring in”—Accept overseas interns: To create multi-cultural atmosphere in working, and to improve the intercultural thinking ability and comprehensive ability of administrators and high potential staff.

“Go out”—Internship overseas: Authentic cross-cultural work environment will help improve language and intercultural thinking ability.

Coach and tutorship—One to one-coach for international talents.

Expatriates management: Involve election, training, career development, relevant social benefits, and etc.

Expatriates engagement improvement—including performance management: Assess expatriates’ real performance at abroad, and to supply methods to improve their engagement.
